Hope everyone is having a great Monday! And I hope everyone is getting ready for a great National Apple Day tomorrow! Apples, apple pies, and apple cider! The Moooseum Ice Cream Food Truck doesn’t use apples in any of our offerings, but we could! An apple cider slushie might be really tasty. What do you think?

October 24th is National Bologna Day. Not the most exciting lunchmeat, but for a lot of people it’s cheap and good enough, and provides a base for whatever else you put on the sandwich. What other humble things can you think of, that may not be the most exciting, but is important for a large number of people?

Finally, October 26th is National Pumpkin Day! Jack-O-Lanterns and pumpkin pies are here! And don’t forget roasted pumpkin seeds! Fall weather is finally making its way to Houston, and foods we associate with Fall are here as well. What do you look forward to in this time of year?
