Hello! Happy National Moldy Cheese Day! I know not everyone does, but I really like blue cheese! I have a vague desire to see how it would taste as an ice cream topping, but probably won’t ever do it. What’s the craziest ice cream flavor you have ever tried?

October 10th is National Angel Food Cake Day. Sounds like fun! I don’t think we’ve ever tried Angel Food Cake as a part of a specialty sundae here at Moooseum Ice Cream, but it might work! What do you think?

Finally, October 12th is National Gumbo Day! Yum! I know a couple of guys from Louisiana who take their gumbo very very seriously! Yeah, a bowl of gumbo with a Moooseum Ice Cream Strawberry Milkshake would be pretty good right now!
