Howdy, hope everyone is having a great Monday! Well, it is cloudy, and sometimes raining, but Moooseum Ice Cream is here to turn that frown upside down!

March 4th is National Pound Cake Day! Do you know why it has that name? Traditionally the recipe was a pound of flour, a pound of sugar, a pound of butter, and a pound of eggs. That makes a dense, subtly flavored cake, that coincidentally goes well with Moooseum Soft Serve Ice Cream!
