Happy Cinco de Mayo! It is not really the Mexican Fourth of July, but it is still a fun day to celebrate! And to celebrate, how about a Strawberry Lemon slushie, with some ice cream on top? Not quite a traditional virgin margarita, but still tasty!

May the 8th is National Coconut Crème Pie Day! Sounds good! We have had shredded coconut in the past as a topping, but it was not requested often, and moisture problems had it clumping up before it got used up. What do you think, would you order coconut as a topping if we brought it back?
