Yay, it is National Rocky Road Day! Chocolate ice cream, nuts, and marshmallows! Fun and Tasty! We don’t usually have marshmallows on the truck since they tend to go stale quickly, but we do offer them as a catering option.

Weirdly, June 5th is National Gingerbread Day. Don’t know why they picked this day, unless December is just overloaded with days celebrating desserts. I like gingerbread, but the last few times I’ve made it, the recipe I was following made a soft cake instead of a hard cookie. How do you like your gingerbread?

Finally, June 7 is National Chocolate Ice Cream Day. Moooseum takes chocolate ice cream very seriously, and have to special order it from Wisconsin. It takes some extra time to get it, but we think the taste and quality of the ice cream makes it worth it.

Fun Ice Cream fact: surveys say about 90% of American households have ice cream in their freezers.
