Sorry, can’t talk long, after all it’s National Clean Off Your Desk Day! Mine is not the worst, but it could use some organization. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being overflowing with stacks of papers, mine is about a 4. How is yours?

Tomorrow, January 13th, is National Peach Melba Day! Vanilla Ice Cream, peaches, and raspberry sauce. Sounds yummy! It would be possible for it to be on the menu at Moooseum Ice Cream, but we have never done it, and it’s probably not popular enough for us to do it on the truck. But if that is a sundae you would really like, let us know!

Finally, January 15th is National Hat Day! Not too long ago, most people wore a hat on a daily basis. These days, it seems like wearing a hat is done for a reason, either for someone who is balding or bald, or needs protection from the sun. Or, of course, when someone in food service wears a hat to make sure hair doesn’t get into the food.
