Happy National Banana Bread Day! Yum! I prefer the classic, with pecans, but there are other ingredients you can bake into the bread. Mini chocolate chips are especially good in banana bread. What is your favorite?

February 26th is National Chili Day! Texans tend to take their chili seriously. Competition chili in Texas, of course, is always beef, with no visible vegetables or beans. When I make it at home, I’ll usually add some beans, both to extend it and for some texture. I don’t know how you like your chili, but however you do, it would be enhanced by a nice cold Moooseum Brain Freeze, with a lime or lemon slushie and vanilla ice cream!

Finally, February 27th is National Strawberry Day! Strawberries are very popular here at Moooseum Ice Cream! Strawberry milkshake, strawberry slushie, chocolate ice cream with strawberry puree on top, which one is your favorite?
