It is Wednesday, and that means it’s time for the Moooseum Ice Cream Fact of the Day!

According to Mental Floss [https://www.mentalfloss.com/article/594042/ice-cream-sandwich-facts] the first ice cream sandwiches were sold in New York City, around the late 1800s. They were sold by street vendors and called hokey pokeys! And the first ice cream sandwiches with cookies were sold in San Francisco in 1928.

Why is this important? Because Moooseum Ice Cream is working on a new menu item! Could be fun!
